David focuses on government relations and public policy strategies designed to help clients overcome individual business challenges and implement legislative or regulatory change. His experience in helping to run Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner’s gubernatorial campaign has given him great insight into the political and legislative process.

A partner in the Wealth Planning area of the firm’s Transactional Practice group, Katherine concentrates her practice on wealth planning and local government law in Northeast Wisconsin. Her wealth planning practice focuses on estate planning and succession planning, with a strong emphasis on elder law and agricultural related matters.
Lyndon advises businesses from a wide variety of industries on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional issues. Known to his clients as an informed and experienced businessman who is also a lawyer, he helps them with corporate and commercial matters including securities, buying and selling businesses, and creating and organizing new lines of business.
Jared brings both technical training as an electrical engineer and a broad range of experience in prosecuting patents related to the electrical and computer sciences to his practice.
