As the Chief Process & AI Officer for Michael Best, Sarah spearheads the integration of AI technologies and strategies to drive innovation, excellence, and client value.

Laura helps clients protect their brands and artistic works through trademark and copyright prosecution, clearance, counseling, and enforcement, including trademark opposition, cancellation, and infringement proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and global courts and trademark offices. 

Galen represents companies, founders, management, and investors in entrepreneurial endeavors – many of which involve building enterprises that have never before been built. He works with clients across the country, involved in all manner of go-to-market strategies – B2B, B2C, marketplace, SaaS, manufacturing, and distribution – and across numerous industries.

As Michael Best’s Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, Jason is responsible for managing the operation and security of the firm’s information technology systems and for implementing new, best-in-class technologies to optimize client service delivery and operations.

Derek brings more than 20 years of experience to his work in patent prosecution, portfolio management, intellectual property due diligence, and technology transfer and licensing matters. His strong track record of successful outcomes, coupled with his technical training as an electrical engineer, give Derek a unique perspective on the challenges facing in-house legal departments and technological innovators in a broad range of industries.
