In her role with Michael Best, Sarah drives growth and transformation with the use of existing and emerging technologies and innovative process improvements across the enterprise.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Best Innovation Council, Sarah works in close collaboration with the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer and firm leadership to recommend and plan technology investments and implementations that achieve business objectives.
Sarah has more than 20 years of business and technology experience in continuous improvement, business modeling, technology integrations, technology adoption strategy, design thinking, change management, and project management.
Most recently, she was President and founder of a business and technology strategy consulting firm. During that time Sarah counseled numerous organizations, including corporate law firms and multiple Fortune 500 companies, and served as Interim Chief Technology Officer for a private university. Sarah also has held several leadership positions in information technology for Fortune 1000 global manufacturing corporations.
Complementing her role at Michael Best, Sarah serves as a Fellow with the Ethical AI Consortium, Inc., a non-profit organization that educates and creates awareness about the ethics and responsibility of advanced algorithms, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
