Nicole focuses her practice on business needs including transactional and employment matters. She represents entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large corporations across the U.S. and around the globe.
In her corporate law practice, Nicole assists businesses with a wide range of contracts including supply and distribution contracts, framework agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, general terms and conditions, and sales and procurement contracts, as well as business formation. In her employment practice, Nicole focuses on management-side concerns such as independent contractor and employee documents, executive employment, company handbooks and internal policies, termination and separation, severance agreements, and enforcement of non-competition clauses and other restrictive covenants.
Nicole began practicing law with Byrne, Davis & Hicks PC, working exclusively in the firm’s international business practice group, representing European parent companies and their U.S. subsidiaries across many industries. She later joined BridgehouseLaw LLP, where she continued to represent foreign-owned businesses and advise them on expansion and investment in the U.S. market, creation of corporate subsidiaries, commercial transactions, general liability issues, and employment matters. Most recently, Nicole led the Employment Law practice at Forrest Firm.
Nicole’s extensive experience working with multinational corporations includes guiding both in-house counsel and external teams through complex dealings. She has advised domestic and foreign clients with operations in the U.S., Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, and South Africa.
