As the firm’s Chief Talent Officer, Bethany works alongside the leadership team to oversee and implement core policies and processes related to people, culture, and workplace inclusiveness. She is also responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Administration, Professional Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Recruiting operations.
Bethany has over 25 years of experience in all areas of talent including employee relations; policy development; legal compliance; leadership coaching and counseling; training design and delivery; compensation and performance management; recruitment; and diversity and inclusion.
She has spent most of her career working with professional services firms, including 13 years at a global law firm where she held numerous local and regional positions across the United States and Mexico. Prior to joining Michael Best, she spent over 10 years at a professional services firm where she held several talent leadership roles in Chicago and the Caribbean Islands, last serving as a regional Associate Director of Talent.
