Michael Best is pleased to announce that Iqan Fadaei has been recognized by Utah Business Magazine as a rising star in the publication's coveted ‘20 in their 20s’ annual feature. The list recognizes twenty-somethings that are “starting their own businesses, rising through the ranks of existing ones, and recreating the world in their own image.”

Fadaei is an associate out of Michael Best’s Salt Lake City office, where he advises clients on securities and financial services regulation. He works to ensure clients are compliant with laws governing capital raising, brokerage and investment services, digital assets, and anti-money laundering.

Outside of work, Fadaei supports educational programs for children and youth, and serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Employ Ukraine, a non-profit corporation connecting displaced Ukrainians with prospective employers.

Fadaei earned his J.D. from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Edinburgh.
