Nathan is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation practice who assists clients with all aspects of dispute resolution up to and including courtroom litigation. As a former prosecutor in the Denver City Attorney’s Office, Nathan managed a heavy docket with hundreds of active cases, handling them through all stages of litigation from arraignment to trial.

Nathan represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, and has considerable expertise in both the government and healthcare sectors.
