Nicole oversees Michael Best’s business development initiatives and provides strategic guidance on the firm’s white space opportunities in coordination with the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Director of Client Value. She is passionate about delivering superior client service and innovative solutions while producing measurable results.
She manages and assists the team supporting business development initiatives across practices, industries, and geographic markets and is responsible for aligning business development goals and initiatives with the firm’s Strategic Plan, ensuring activities drive value for Michael Best clients.
Nicole has over 16 years of experience in the legal industry, and prior to joining Michael Best, she held a variety of roles at a Global 200 law firm. She led the management and growth of several high-priority client relationships as the Senior Manager of Global Clients, and she served as the knowledge management lawyer and business development manager for the firm’s employment law practice group in North America.
