Megan is a paralegal at Michael Best. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a corporate paralegal at a venture and corporate law firm. Her responsibilities included corporate filings, corporate maintenance, maintaining the firm’s corporate docket, providing support to all of the attorneys in the office, general administrative tasks, and assisting in monthly billing.
Megan holds a Carta Expert Certification. Carta is an equity/cap table management and fundraising platform, 409A valuation provider, and authorized SEC Transfer Agent for U.S.-based companies.
