Brent has published chapters on commercial lending law and the law of guaranties, both in the state of Wisconsin, for a pair of American Bar Association state-by-state guides.

Experience

Complicated refinancing

Brent helped to close a matter involving a bank's issuance of a letter of credit, in order to secure an insurer's construction loan. He achieved this closure within a very tight time frame despite the presence of an unusual intercreditor agreement.
