Allison has nearly 20 years of experience as a paralegal. She assists with all aspects of litigation, from inception of a case to resolution, including trial.
As a litigation paralegal, Allison has extensive case management experience in commercial litigation matters. She also has experience with intellectual property and employment litigation matters, such as trademark infringement suits and discrimination claims. Allison regularly reviews documents for discovery purposes, conducts research, and compiles materials for depositions, motions, hearings and trials.
As a risk manager, Allison works closely with the firm’s General Counsel, as well as with brokers and insurers on professional liability, management liability, and employment practices liability coverage.
