Michael Best Adds Former NFL Wide Receiver To Its Roster

Michael Best announced today that former NFL wide receiver Bennie Fowler has joined the group as the Director of Strategic Advisory Services. He will be based in the Denver office.

Fowler translates his on-the-field talent to the boardroom by helping companies, entrepreneurs, and investors align appropriate consulting and legal services to help elevate their brand and business strategy. He will focus on guiding clients through the development, planning and execution of strategic vision, team building, and motivation to succeed.

“Bennie is a natural connector whose distinct background gives him the ability to identify unique opportunities for businesses,” Shawn Stigler, Office Managing Partner for the Colorado Offices. “His drive and passion coupled with our talented team will help our clients bridge any gaps necessary to take their strategy and vision to the next level.”

Fowler has successfully coached more than 150 business owners and top executives to develop and implement tactics that are crucial to personal and business success and continued growth. Using some of the same methods as top NFL coaches and athletes, Fowler teaches business leaders to optimize decision making, navigate challenges, and develop transformational processes that lead to long-term success.

“I’m ecstatic to be part of the Michael Best family and to be working alongside such knowledgeable lawyers and professionals,” said Fowler. “This is a truly exciting opportunity for me to combine my professional career in the NFL with my robust business network to help companies reach their utmost potential, and I’m eager to get started!”

Playing eight seasons in the NFL, Fowler began his career as an undrafted free agent signed by the Denver Broncos in 2014. He was a member of the 2016 Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 Championship Team and in 2021, he played his final season with the San Francisco 49ers.

Fowler obtained his professional coaching certification through Co-Active Training Institute and also developed his own program called Mindset, Vision & Performance (MVP). He earned his B.A. from Michigan State University.
