Ukraine Sitrep

Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly planning an address before the Federal Assembly on Friday, potentially to announce the annexation of Ukrainian territory via referenda. Kazakhstan said it would not recognize the eastern Ukrainian referenda.

Ukraine claims that some Russian conscripts are being sent into battle with no training.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says his country has received National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS) from the U.S. The U.S. announced $457.5 million in civilian security assistance for Ukrainian law enforcement and criminal justice agencies.
