All clients rely on Cloud Computing services, so it is essential that Lawyers understand legal and ethical issues associated with cyber risks and international, federal, and state criminal laws, contracts, GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. Lawyers need to understand the ethical risks they may have when they help clients who operate on the Internet, and as a result, all lawyers must understand how to advise businesses regarding eCommerce. The risks of eCommerce are more complicated given the ongoing cyber intrusions and threats. There will be a discussion about reporting cyber intrusions and cyber insurance which are critical to all clients in 2022 & beyond. Internet jurisdiction, which has become more complicated, will be part of this presentation
