Ukraine called on the EU and G7 to stop issuing visas to Russians.

Consequences

A Hungarian payment prompted oil shipments to resume to central Europe.

Russian steelmaker Evraz, which is owned in part by sanctioned Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, is putting its North American assets up for sale.

Ukraine Sitrep

Ukraine said that the explosions at a Russian base in Crimea were the work of Ukrainian special forces. An unnamed U.S. official said that American weapons were not used. One observer estimates that Russia lost at least seven fighter jets in the attack, as well as ammunition.

The Pentagon believes Russian troops have been receiving training on how to use Iranian drones.
