Seth is a Patent Engineer in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice who assists clients draft and prepare patent applications with a focus on biomedical and medical device innovations. With a background in engineering and hands-on experience in product design, Seth leverages his technical skills to help secure strong patent protection for clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Seth interned at an intellectual property law firm, where he reviewed patents with a focus on electrical engineering, prepared them for submission to the USPTO, and conducted prior art research. He also gained business development experience during an internship with Latham Biopharm Group, where he researched biopharmaceutical companies and developed strategies to expand the firm’s client network.
In addition to his professional experience, Seth has worked on numerous technical projects, including designing and prototyping a novel chest thoracostomy dart and an epidural space indicator. His technical knowledge and regulatory understanding enable him to support clients with all aspects of patent applications.
