Jeremy maintains a diverse practice with a focus on commercial, employment, professional malpractice, trade secret, and civil rights litigation. He represents clients in mediation, arbitration, and in state and federal courts, handling both simple and complex matters.
In addition to his litigation work, Jeremy advises clients—including cannabis companies, breweries, and transportation companies—on fundraising, corporate formation, licensing, and leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Jeremy was a partner with Denver law firm, Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. During law school, Jeremy gained experience with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Patrick Murphy of the 17th Judicial District, and was a student attorney in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law civil litigation clinic.
