Bowers brings to the firm a distinguished career in securities law, most recently serving as Director of the Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In that role, she led national efforts to support small businesses and their investors, advocating for policy changes and regulatory clarity.

She also served as Of Counsel at 3Pillars Law, advising entrepreneurs and small business owners on capital raising strategies.
