NewsMichael Best represented Pawville, a leading provider of personalized pet wellness services, in its recent sale to WagWay. WagWay, a platform company of Access Holdings, is a wellness-focused pet services company that partners with leading pet care businesses nationwide to elevate the standard of care for all pets. The recent acquisition will provide Pawville with access to WagWay's innovative digital capabilities and enable WagWay to expand its reach to a more suburban audience in the Southeastern United States.
