Madeline is a member of Michael Best’s Transactional Practice Group, where she partners with clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, particularly within the dairy and manufacturing industries. She works with businesses of all sizes—from emerging companies to established enterprises—on commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and day‑to‑day operational needs. Clients appreciate her practical, business‑first mindset and her talent for turning complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice.

Before joining Michael Best, Madeline began her legal career as a Summer Associate and later an Associate at a Wisconsin business law firm. She also served as a legal intern with the Wisconsin Innocence Project, an experience that strengthened her commitment to advocacy and client‑centered service. Prior to practicing law, she held a business management role with a manufacturing company, where she developed hands‑on operational experience and an intuition for the challenges her clients navigate.
