My Why
What powers my practice
Helping clients navigate the ever-evolving employee benefits and compensation landscape is both professionally and personally rewarding. It’s a privilege to help organizations design and implement structures that align with their goals, mitigate risk, and enhance the employee experience. This work combines legal and tax expertise, strategic judgment, and compassion to deliver meaningful results. I aim to anticipate needs, provide tailored solutions—not one-size-fits-all—and communicate clearly and strategically through complex decisions.
