My Why

What powers my practice

I chose corporate law because I have always been interested in business and the entrepreneurial spirit that helps companies grow, compete, and create value. That interest deepened at The University of Texas, where my experience in business school gave me a stronger understanding of how companies are built, financed, and managed. I wanted to work in a field where I could help clients turn ideas into successful businesses, guide them through important decisions, and support them as they create, build, and eventually sell what they have worked so hard to develop. Corporate law gives me that opportunity every day, and I value the chance to help clients reach their goals through practical advice and sound judgment.
