Lee helps clients navigate complex transactions and day-to-day business challenges with practical, business-minded advice. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including private equity and venture financings, debt and lending transactions, and sophisticated commercial agreements. He regularly works with startups and closely held companies, serving as trusted outside general counsel and guiding clients through growth, capital raises, transactions, and ongoing operations. 

With more than 20 years of experience, Lee partners with clients across diverse industries on matters ranging from routine corporate needs to highly complex, high-stake transactions. His work includes structuring and negotiating M&A deals, advising on capital formation strategies, supporting lending and financing arrangements, and drafting and negotiating key commercial contracts—all with a focus on helping clients achieve their business objectives efficiently and strategically. 

Before joining the firm, Lee cofounded a boutique law firm and spent more than a decade at a national practice, where he built a reputation for delivering responsive, commercially focused counsel on corporate, transactional, and securities matters.
