My Why

What powers my practice

I’m driven by the belief that thoughtful design and disciplined execution can shape stronger communities. My work focuses on the legal and business side of development—helping guide complex projects from concept through construction and into long-term operation. I enjoy working at the intersection of design, construction, and finance, where aligning teams and solving problems early leads to better outcomes on the ground. What matters most to me is seeing well-designed projects come to life—places that are built with care, function as intended, and serve people for the long term.
