Overview

Jeff partners with leadership to advance Michael Best’s strategic priorities, strengthen operational excellence, and support the firm’s continued growth and client service initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience leading operations, enterprise transformation, and business strategy for complex global organizations, he brings a strong track record of aligning operational infrastructure with long-term business growth.

Prior to joining Michael Best, Jeff held senior leadership roles at JLL, where he served as the global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer within the firm’s Capital Markets Advisory business. In these roles, he oversaw global business operations, strategic planning, technology innovation, shared services, risk management, finance, talent, marketing, legal, and large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business lines and international markets. He worked closely with executive leadership and boards to drive operational alignment, improve business performance, and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies.

Jeff has extensive experience leading technology-enabled transformation efforts, including the implementation of AI-driven tools, operational modernization initiatives, and scalable business processes designed to improve efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery. He also led complex organizational redesigns, integration efforts tied to acquisitions, and the development of global operating models supporting teams across multiple regions and functions.

Earlier in his career, Jeff held leadership and consulting roles at Deloitte, State Farm, XO Communications, and Aon Hewitt.
