Overview

Ethan focuses on complex business disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, shareholders' disputes, and business torts. He works on all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation.

Ethan received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as the Executive Online Editor and Business Manager for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and as an Extern to the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes Jr., District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Ethan joined Michael Best with the New York team of Kane Kessler, P.C.
