My Why
What powers my practice
Law school was not on my radar at all growing up or in college. I began my career in human resources at a medical device company, and when my role was eliminated, the company transferred me to a legal assistant position for the company’s first general counsel. In that seat, the work clicked. Law matched my strengths—writing, digging for the facts, and competing to win—and it felt both challenging and attainable. I became a certified paralegal, then went to law school. Today, what drives me is guiding clients through hard situations to a clear resolution and hearing, “I couldn’t have done that without you.” And yes—winning.
