Anne most frequently represents clients in business disputes, including breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, shareholder disputes, and construction cases. Anne defends Broker-Dealers, Registered Representatives, and Investment Advisers in FINRA customer- and industry-arbitrations and expungements, as well as FINRA and SEC regulatory investigations and disciplinary actions. Anne also defends accounting firms in PCAOB, SEC, and State regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings.

Anne represents employers in administrative proceedings and litigation brought by employees/former employees in both Utah and Nevada. Anne also advises and represents Amazon Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and other delivery and logistics companies in a variety of matters common to the industry.

Part of a team of attorneys that obtained a defense verdict from the jury in a personal injury case where the plaintiff alleged several million dollars in damages. The team also went on to appeal the lower court’s previous $1 million award against its client based on a contractual indemnity provision, and obtained a reversal from the state supreme court.
