Wamboldt brings extensive experience advising companies on complex technology,&nbsp;data&nbsp;privacy, and commercial contracting matters, drawing on a diverse background that includes private practice and&nbsp;in-house&nbsp;roles.&nbsp;

Before joining Michael Best, Wamboldt practiced at a large national law firm and&nbsp;held&nbsp;in-house contracting roles at both a healthcare technology company and a global healthcare organization. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) and an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.&nbsp;

Wamboldt holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is admitted to&nbsp;practice&nbsp;law&nbsp;in Wisconsin.&nbsp;&nbsp;
