Michael Best is pleased to announce that Dana Bell has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in the Intellectual Property practice. Bell brings more than two decades of experience advising clients on the development, protection, and enforcement of global trademark and copyright portfolios across a broad range of industries.

Bell has extensive experience counseling clients on U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution, opposition,&nbsp;and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO and TTAB,&nbsp;and&nbsp;also&nbsp;focuses on&nbsp;global enforcement, licensing, copyright matters, domain name disputes, UDRP actions, and IP considerations in commercial and digital environments. She has represented clients in industries including safety science, finance, sports and sports lifestyle, beauty and fashion, arts and entertainment, hospitality, biotech, software, alcohol, shipping, and cannabis.&nbsp;

Before joining Michael Best, Bell served as IP and Marketing Counsel at UL LLC and previously practiced with a number of AmLaw 100 law firms. She holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Communications from Boston University.
