Ethics of AI: No Use or Best Use?

This program will discuss the state of AI technology as it pertains to potential uses in the practice of Real Estate, Trust and Estate Law. It will cover the applicable standards of care as well as the state of relevant law. Panelists will discuss concerns of ethics, reliability, and confidentiality. They will also share thoughts on best use practices that might be implemented for future applications of AI in the legal practice.
