Heather has more than 12 years of experience specializing in U.S. immigration. She has served as a business partner to human resources, global mobility, and business leadership to support employment-based visa sponsorships, including H-1B, L-1 (individual and blanket), TN, PERM labor certification, I-140 immigrant classification (EB1, EB2, EB3), and I-485 LPR status. She is also well-versed in the development of training plans to secure J-1 Exchange Visitor and H-3 Trainee sponsorship.
Heather drives all levels of the visa sponsorship process. She facilitates information/documentation collection, develops case strategy, prepares and files applications/petitions with the appropriate government agencies, and provides post-adjudication client support. She also serves as a key client interface throughout sponsorship to ensure a thorough understanding of case strategy, process, timeline, risk, and resolution options.
