Overview

Samantha is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice.

While pursuing her law degree, Samantha gained valuable experience as a law clerk. She assisted with the drafting, negotiation, and review of a variety of contracts and provided support in litigation matters for a global technology company. Samantha also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Michael Best and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable William W. Brash, III, of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

Samantha also gained experience as a legal volunteer at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and Mediate Milwaukee. In these roles she researched legal issues related to landlord-tenant disputes and assessed clients’ eligibility for emergency rental assistance related to COVID-19 in preparation for landlord and tenant mediation or eviction proceedings. She also served as a fair housing volunteer within a not-for-profit law firm where she investigated housing discrimination claims.

Samantha also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review, while simultaneously serving as the Senior Articles Editor of the Marquette Law Review and the Associate Justice of Interscholastic Competitions for Marquette's Moot Court program.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Samantha worked full-time gaining valuable real estate experience in both property management and commercial lending, while obtaining her undergraduate degree.
