Her patent prosecution and patent clearance practice is focused on computer software and hardware technologies, including imaging systems and applications (including computed tomography and radiographic image creation, analysis, and management), cryptographic and security applications, financial transaction processing, wireless networks and communication protocols, web-based applications and business methods.

He brings a multifaceted, big picture outlook to helping clients unravel the challenges of complex benefits-related problems.He has established a strong track record in achieving successful outcomes for clients confronted by employee benefits litigation and arbitration claims. Mark has also successfully litigated patent and trade secret litigation claims, as well as employment non-compete claims.

Jonathan represents real estate developers in the acquisition, entitlement, financing, and construction of commercial real estate projects. He helps his clients navigate state and local government issues, including zoning and tax issues.

Jason brings a technical background in mechanical engineering to the full spectrum of patent issues related to mechanical and electromechanical products and systems.
