Overview

Rodrigo focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, civil disputes, and litigation avoidance strategies. His extensive experience in legal research, motion drafting, and brief writing allows him to deliver strategic support to clients throughout the litigation process.

Before joining Michael Best, Rodrigo worked with the firm as a summer associate, where he assisted on a broad range of civil litigation matters. He gained additional experience as a law clerk at a well-known personal injury firm. His exposure to the various phases of litigation equipped him with an understanding of courtroom dynamics and client advocacy.

While in law school, Rodrigo served as an editorial board member of the Marquette Law Review and as a teaching assistant helping instruct first-year law students in doctrinal courses. He also was selected to participate in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and was awarded Best Brief at a national moot court competition.
