Eric concentrates his practice on litigation, commercial litigation, real estate transactions, malpractice, and insurance matters. He also brings extensive in-house experience, having served as general counsel to a bank and real estate developer on a $100 million project in Broomfield, Colorado.
Eric represents clients in trials, arbitrations, and settlements involving legal malpractice, banking malpractice, lending disputes, loan participation, real estate, contract, and personal injury matters. In his general counsel roles, he has managed lending lawsuits, title malpractice cases, and title disputes, overseeing the coordination of millions of dollars in legal fees.
