Danny has a strong foundation in both public sector law and legislative policy. His practice centers on workplace issues, where he advises clients on matters involving collective bargaining, employment discrimination, and regulatory compliance.
Before entering private practice, he interned for the National Labor Relations Board’s Milwaukee Field Office, where he reviewed unfair labor practices charges and oversaw union certification elections. Earlier, he clerked for a municipal legal office, where he reviewed grievances, drafted ordinance-related memoranda, and updated collective bargaining agreements following negotiations. During law school, he also clerked for a firm focused on employment law, assisting with employment discrimination claims ranging from Title VII discrimination lawsuits to FMLA and ADA claims.
Danny’s legal career builds on a robust background in public service. As chief of staff to a former state representative, he drafted legislation on workforce and taxation issues, staffed multiple committees, and oversaw office operations. Prior to that, he served as a legislative aide to a former Wisconsin state senator, where he managed communications and legislative casework, particularly in areas related to labor and economic policy.
