Overview

Christopher has experience in environmental law, public protection, and regulatory enforcement. Christopher completed an externship with the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Public Protection Unit where he drafted pleadings, reviewed technical reports, and presented findings to Assistant Attorneys General. Christoper also worked as a law clerk during his second year in law school for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin. 

Before entering law, Christopher worked for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), where he managed the municipal storm water permit program for South Central Wisconsin and served as a single point of contact for the DNR’s Green Tier Program. He also gained significant experience working in the Department’s hazardous waste management program conducting inspections, developing policy, leading high-profile environmental investigations, and testifying in court.
