About Lauren Triebenbach
Lauren is a partner with Michael Best’s Real Estate practice group and is the leader of the Construction Law section. With close to two decades of experience, she advises contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, developers and owners on construction disputes, contract negotiations and risk management strategies.
She represents clients in arbitration and litigation involving design and construction defects, payment disputes, change orders and scheduling delays, while also counseling on transactional matters.
Lauren also serves on the board as chair for the State Bar’s Construction and Public Law Section, and additionally participates in the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law. Her professional involvement extends to participation in organizations such as Women in Commercial Real Estate Wisconsin, Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin, National Association for Women Lawyers in Construction, Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
