NewsMichael Best represented WattBuy, a software company that provides residential customers with personalized energy insights and electrification solutions, in its sale to Schneider Electric, the global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation. The deal will provide homeowners with a seamless way to develop personalized energy plans, install solar, and deploy EV charger/home electrification upgrades. The Michael Best team was led by Brett Valentyn, in conjunction with Shawn Stigler, as well as Adam Goldblatt and Jack Darrow.
