- Aaron Barker is a Partner and Head of Venture Best, Texas. Barker’s clients span the technology, life sciences, and consumer brand sectors, and he is known for guiding companies from incorporation through exit.
- Katie Fillmore is a Partner in the Litigation group with deep experience in trial and appellate advocacy, complex commercial litigation, and government relations. She has represented clients across industries such as healthcare, construction, and pharmaceuticals, and has testified before legislative committees and helped shape policy at both the state and federal levels. Fillmore is also a strong advocate for diversity in the legal profession and recently participated in the State Bar of Texas’ Minority Counsel Program.
- Eric Johnston is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation practice.
