My Why
What powers my practice
The best investment any company can make is in its people. That belief drives my work.
I became an executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer because I understand that the programs companies put in place to attract, retain, and reward their people aren’t just line items—they are strategic investments. When companies take care of their employees, employees take care of the business. That creates better outcomes for owners, investors, employees, and the organization as a whole.
My role is to help clients build compensation and benefits programs that work: legally sound, financially efficient, and meaningful to the people they serve.
