My Why

What powers my practice

Majoring in biology, I spent much of undergrad in a research lab. I enjoyed the analytical work but missed direct engagement and human-centered problem-solving, so I moved into law for the balance I wanted. I’m most fulfilled advising companies on venture financings during critical growth phases. I focus on being a collaborative team member, sharing knowledge by mentoring associates, creating reusable work product, and asking targeted questions to move deals forward. I hope to be seen as someone driven by a genuine interest in people and their ideas—especially in the venture space—who consistently shows up with curiosity and reliability.
