Michael Best Secures $17 Million Victory in Patent Infringement Suit
Michael Best’s Intellectual Property Litigation team secured a courtroom victory for its client SSI Technologies (SSI), an industry leader in the custom development of automotive sensor solutions. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin jury awarded SSI nearly $17 million in damages for patent infringement and determined that defendant Dongguan Zhengyang Electronic Mechanical’s infringement was willful.Read
