Melissa has nearly 20 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation operations. She has significant experience with e-Discovery tools, document management systems, and document review processes. Melissa also prepares and presents digital exhibits at trial.
Melissa collaborates with Michael Best’s legal teams to provide data analysis, management, and quality assurance through all stages of the e-Discovery lifecycle. She helps to develop best practices, execute appropriate litigation response, and evidence management plans to meet the needs of clients.
