What powers my practice

I come from a family of lawyers and was always inspired by their passion for the profession and the way they viewed the law as a noble calling. I began my career as a commercial litigator and loved the energy of the courtroom, but over time I realized I wanted to focus on helping clients reach success without the need for winners and losers. For more than fifteen years, I’ve found fulfillment in guiding clients through complex transactions—helping them achieve their business goals in a collaborative, transparent way. I take pride in ensuring clients understand every aspect of a deal, from the risks and benefits to the timeline and costs, and in delivering excellent representation tailored to their needs.
