My Why
What powers my practice
Since I was young, I loved working with my hands and anything to do with cars and motorcycles, so I knew engineering would be fulfilling. But I also loved to read and write, and when I discovered patent law through a book in middle school, it felt like the perfect blend of both interests. Today, I enjoy working closely with engineers to understand the mechanics of their inventions and help capture those ideas in a patent. At heart, I’m still an engineer—one who now uses the law to protect innovation.
