Overview
Linda's practice includes trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, trademark and copyright infringement litigation, TTAB practice, and advising clients in brand management and general intellectual property issues. Her experience also includes negotiating and drafting license agreements, consent agreements, distribution agreements, private label agreements, and other industry-specific agreements.
Linda joined Michael Best with the New York team of Kane Kessler, P.C. Prior to joining Kane Kessler, Linda was an associate in the New York office of a firm concentrating in intellectual property and food and drug law. She has significant experience advising clients on compliance with FDA labeling requirements and FTC advertising regulations and substantiation requirements.
