My Why
What powers my practice
After a long career working for insurers, my perspective changed when I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer. Thanks to a novel therapy introduced in the mid-90s, my survival—along with so many others—was made possible, and I wake up every day grateful for the innovation that saved my life and for the people who made this therapy the standard of care moving forward. That experience fuels my passion for supporting healthcare founders who are working tirelessly to bring their own breakthroughs to market. I am inspired by their determination, and I am “all in” when it comes to guiding, connecting, and partnering with them on the long journey of improving lives through innovation.
