Kristin concentrates on patent searching, due diligence, and prosecution. She is knowledgeable in a variety of mechanical technologies, including heating and cooling systems, heat transfer, fluid dispensing devices, and power production equipment. Kristin has experience drafting utility and design patent applications, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, preparing responses to office actions, and coordinating with foreign associates on international filings. She regularly works with inventors to translate complex innovations into clear, strategic patent filings.
