Prior to joining Michael Best, Khader built and led a pricing and commercial strategy function at a national law firm, developing firmwide rate, pricing, and legal project management initiatives that increased revenue and strengthened overall financial performance. He implemented a comprehensive rate strategy that drove significant revenue growth over his tenure and led complex rate and fee negotiations with major public and private company clients, working directly with executives to secure and expand key relationships.&nbsp;

Across multiple firms, Khader played a key role in creating, developing, and advancing firmwide profitability initiatives aligned with strategic&nbsp;objectives, integrating matter economics and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and margin growth. He has also spoken at conferences and industry roundtables on the implications of AI for firm economics, profitability, and client service.&nbsp;

Earlier in his career, Khader served in senior pricing and financial strategy roles across international law firms and in the corporate sector,&nbsp;advising&nbsp;partners and executive leadership on matter economics, rate strategy, and client profitability.
